Purpose of personal data collection

The personal data collected by the entity, through this request, are intended to assess whether the candidates are suitable for the position applied for and to carry out the preliminary calculation of remuneration, bonuses, and benefits for the candidates who are admitted in the recruitment process.

1. Data retention period
   The personal data of candidates who are not considered suitable will be retained by the entity for a period of two years, for the purpose of future recruitment processes.
2. Data transfer
   Candidate applications may be transferred by the entity to its own branches or to entities within the consortium where job vacancies exist during the period mentioned above.
3. Candidates’ rights
   Candidates have, in accordance with the law, the rights of access and rectification. To exercise the right of access, they must submit a written request to the person responsible within the entity and pay an appropriate fee.
